How to Rent a Property

Find the San Diego property you want to rent (click its photo under Available San Diego Rentals below), and follow the VIEWING DIRECTIONS to drive by and set up an appointment.

If you still want to rent the property after viewing it, please complete all three application steps below:

STEP 1: Find the property you want to rent (click its photo under Available San Diego Rentals below), then click APPLY NOW and submit your online application.

STEP 2: Download and complete the Additional Rental Application Documents (below). Return the documents to us by email (scan and attach them), fax (619-275-2560), regular mail, or by dropping them at our offices. (If you prefer not to download, contact us and we will be happy to mail or fax an application to you.)

STEP 3: Submit a holding deposit equal to one month's rent (to be considered in first position for the property and complete the application process) and pay a $42 application fee for every person 18 years or older who will occupy the property.
